At Jetset Java, each bag of coffee is freshly roasted at the time of your order to ensure the highest quality and flavor in every cup.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and roasted within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Jetset Java is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
