Return & Refund Policy

At Jetset Java, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality, destination-inspired coffee. Due to the nature of our products, all coffee sales are final and non-returnable.

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Conierge@jetsetjava.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
